Originally from St. Louis, MO Kathy moved
to Chattanooga 28 years ago to attend UTC
where she earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Visual Merchandising with a minor
in Interior Design. In 2015 after a career in
logistics & being a stay at home mom, Kathy
decided it was as time to pursue her career in
real estate. She is a full time real estate &
customer service professional with her
client's best interests at heart. She has been
fortunate to meet & help a lot of wonderful
people realize their dream of home
ownership & enjoys guiding buyers & sellers
through the home buying & selling process. It
is of the upmost importance to her that her
clients have an enjoyable & memorable
experience. She strives to provide the best
possible experience through quick response
time, communication, & relaying up to date
info on new listings & developments in the
market. She is passionate about real estate &

resides in the Big Ridge area of Hixson with
her husband, children & two dogs. She enjoys
being involved in the community through the
Hixson Kiwanis Club, Chattanooga area
